KALLISTON
Kalliston Villa (5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, sleeps up to 11). This stunning residence offers a panoramic view that extends all the way to the mountainous Cretan landscape and the azure Aegean sea. Located just 6km from Rethymno town, this unique 5 bedroom villa is developed in two floors in a total size of 400 sqm, taking full advantage of its privileged location. The house features impressive living areas that include a large open plan living room with classical architecture and sophisticated furnishings to offer you the best opportunity to spoil yourself with luxury and comfort.
At the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, an open plan living room with many different spots for relaxation and entertaining, one bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower, with access via balcony door to the outdoor sitting area with the patio furniture and the pool. On the upper floor there are four bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, and another with a double bed.
The are two more bedrooms with two single beds each, sharing a large and convenient bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning.
One of the balconies leads to a pergola shaded small gym for your private workouts. JOANNA
Joanna Villa (4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, sleeps up to 8). This unique, newly built and totally secluded villa is situated on the hillside just 2 km outside the historic town of Rethymno on Crete’s picturesque north coast in a 6500 sq. meters field. Offering a wealth of high standard facilities, Joanna villa with its large pool of 51 m2 and the spacious lawn garden of 250 m2 will undoubtedly appeal to everyone seeking stunning views, high levels of privacy and luxury as well as a short distance to all the amenities.
Joanna villa can accommodate up to 8 guests. This delightful, well decorated split level house of 216 m2 offers 4 bedrooms, 2 en-suite bathrooms and a WC.
As you enter the house, there is a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary home appliances such as microwave, oven , cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, a big fridge/ freezer with ice maker, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, mixer, toaster and blender. There is a full set of cutlery, cooking utensils and glassware.
On the ground floor there is also a spacious open plan living room/dining room with nice furniture, all the modern appliances such as an LCD HD TV set with satellite, DVD player ,music system and air conditioners in every bedroom (use of a/c is included in the price). On the ground floor there is also the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a bunk bed room with a WC separate.
A staircase leads you to the upper floor where are two more bedrooms, a double with en-suite bathroom and a two single-bedded room.
All bedrooms are equipped by brand-new quality mattresses provide maximum comfort. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and provide WiFi with internet access. Baby cot and high chair are available on request. The villa is also equipped with iron, ironing board and sewing box.
Except of the large swimming pool and the beautiful lawn garden, Joanna villa provides also a shaded dining area beside the pool where you can enjoy your meals, as well as a shaded kiosk with patio furniture to enjoy the coastal and mountain views. A car is considered to be essential.
IRIDA
Irida Villa (6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, sleeps up to 12). Villa Irida is an impressive well appointed property located in a unique beach front position by the popular sandy beach of Rethymno. This fantastic, modern villa offers a high quality in design, appliances and furnishings. It is built in 2007-2008 and can easily accommodate up to 12 people. It is located right on the beach of Rethymno town, some 3 km away from the center, next to all the amenities that the area offers, such as taverns, bars, restaurants, and super-markets.
The villa consists of 3 levels. On the ground floor there are a living-dining room, an open plan kitchen (fully equipped: microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven), a bedroom with two single beds and en suite shower/WC and a second bedroom with a double bed. From this level french doors lead to a beautiful covered veranda with patio furniture, next to the pool and direct views to the Cretan sea and the beach.
An internal marble staircase leads to the upper floor where are 3 more bedrooms, two of them with a double bed and one with two single beds. Further on there are 2 shower/wc, one en suite in one of the bedrooms with the double bed. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned. On the 3rd level (semi-basement) which can be reached going down the marble staircase from the middle level, there is the 6th bedroom (no air condition, fans are provided) with two single beds and a shower/ wc and a playroom with a billiard table.
On the exterior there is a nice pool in a size of 32 sq. m (4 x 8) and a small grass area, ideal for children to play. Around the pool there are deck chairs and umbrellas, which are available for sunbathing and relaxation.
A car is not necessary as everything is around and a taxi station is in a distance of 50 meters. Children are most welcome in the villa and a high Chair and a baby cot can be provided.
IRENE
Irene Villa (5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, sleeps up to 11). Villa Irene is an impressive, five bedroom villa, located 10km east of Rethymnon in the beach area of Sfakaki. The villa is just 70 meters from the beach and the sea can be reached from a private path. The villa is a modernly equipped and elegantly furnished & decorated offering full luxury and comfort.The location is ideal as there is a Mini Market and a traditional Cretan tavern just next door.
Also in a 150 meters distance there is a variety of shops in the neighboring village of Stavromenos. The villa is 300 sqm and has a 2 floors layout. Entering the villa on the ground floor (120 sqm) there is a large living and dining area (individually air-conditioned) with a fireplace, connected with an open plan and fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, microwave and all the utensils).
There is also a large bedroom with a double bed, individually air-conditioned and with a private w/c. French doors lead from the dining – living area
to a 40 sqm veranda, with patio furniture, just above the pool area and with great sea view. The veranda is connected with the pool area with an external stone built staircase.
An internal staircase leads to the upper floor where there are four more bedrooms, three with two single beds each and sharing a large bath/wc.
The fourth is the master double bed bedroom, with and en suite facilities, bath/wc. In this floor there is a nice 60 sqm terrace with view to the surrounding
area and the sea as well as a smaller balcony. All bedrooms are individually air-conditioned. There is free WiFi internet access in all areas and a large satellite TV.
The villa is surrounded by a 250 sqm lawn garden, ideal for kids to play and beautiful and colorful flowers. The private swimming pool is 40 sqm and is surrounded by sun beds and umbrellas. Next to the pool there is a covered area, with patio furniture and a portable barbecue. A covered parking area is also provided, suitable for 2 cars.
GOLDEN SAND BEACH VILLA
Golden Sand Beach Villa (6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, sleeps up to 14). It is a beautiful, totally restored 6 bedroom villa, with private pool and gorgeous sea views some 10 km east of Rethymno town. Located next to the beach and in short walking distance to taverns and supermarkets. The villa is spacious, 400 sqm and has a very unique style.
Entering the house there is a large hall way with impressive high ceilings. On the left, there is the living area with a comfortable modern sofa and TV. Next to it there is the dining area. Further on there is an open plan fully equipped kitchen with a direct access to a large covered patio, where you can relax and enjoy your drink or lunch or read your book.
On the ground level there are 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with en suite facilities (shower/wc). An internal staircase leads to the upper floor where are 4 more bedrooms. The master bedroom with a large double bed and ensuite bath /wc with Jacuzzi, a twin bedroom with ensuite shower/wc and 2 more bedrooms with 2 single beds each that can join to a double bed also with en suite facilities each. The bedrooms are air conditioned and have access to a large balcony with great views to the sea and the sandy beach in front.
The villa is built in a plot of 800sqm, ideal for kids to play in safety. The pool is 40 sqm with plenty of sun beds and umbrellas. Next to the pool there is a covered area, with patio furniture and a built in fireplace- barbecue.
